This licence is an agreement between you (as an individual or single entity) and the author (Andrew Bradford) for the program Flashback, which accompanies this agreement.
Neither Flashback, its creator or its affiliates take any responsibility for any damage or loss of data caused, directly or indirectly, by this software.
This software is the property of Andrew Bradford and is not sold, it is licensed. Thus it may be withdrawn or disabled at any time, with no prior warning. A licence is obtained, solely, from Andrew Bradford.
This software is protected by copyright law and any attempt to breach this will be treated as a criminal offence
By agreeing to this licence you may:
- Install and use this software on your personal computer or personal storage device
- Redistribute this software, providing full credit is given to the author (Andrew Bradford) and the website http://f-back.co.uk. Furthermore, users MUST be made aware of this agreement prior to installation
You may NOT:
- Sublicence or rent any part of this software.
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of this software
- Include this software in any other product intended for commercial or private use. Without explicit permission from the author
Supplied data is securely stored on our servers and limited information (your supplied name and address) is transferred, via a secure connection, to the client. Upon usage the same limited information is also stored on the flash drive for offline usage. Every care is taken to protect the data stored, however it is stored at the owner's risk. In compliance with the Data Protection Act your information can be permanently removed upon request. We respect your privacy and will NEVER sell your details to anyone else.
The author reserves the right to change or amend this agreement at anytime with no prior warning
TERMS
This agreement is effective from the date of licensing and will remain so until terminated. It can be terminated by DESTROYING the program (including all associated components) and all documentation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
