When my drive is lost the lost window does not appear

This is okay, you don't have auto play enabled - Flashback is still working though. You can test it is working by clicking the program called "CLICK IF LOST.exe" on your drive.

Flashback is telling me that the drive is not registered, even though it is

You just need to update our database, follow these instructions:

  1. When the drive registration box appears click the box marked "I Have Already Registered This Drive"
  2. Enter your username and password then click "Login"
  3. Select the nickname of the drive that you are using
  4. Click Update
